SYNTH CUT
ROZALIYA SYNTH CUT SERIES are premium quality fully synthetic & semi-synthetic water-Based Coolant oil, specially developed for use in machining operations of ferrous metals like high Alloy steels, carbon steels, Medium Alloy steel, stainless steels and other non-ferrous metals. It is manufactured with specially selected polyesters and fortified with corrosion inhibitor additives to protect the components of machine tools from rusting, and carefully selected biocides are to control the bacterial growth in emulsion during usage. The Emulsion prepared form these fluid are fully transparent emulsion to provide a clear view of work piece. Further these are non-foaming, nontoxic, non-hazardous, thus ensuring total safety of the workmen. These are operator friendly and economical in use due to high mixing ratio and long service life.
