Rozaliya SYNTH MET products are water soluble synthetic grinding fluids specially designed for grinding of high carbon content cast irons and plain carbon steels. It is a non-oil containing, high corrosion inhibiting, high heat removal fluid. The solutions prepared from these fluids are fully transparent solution that remains clear even in moderately hard water for good visual control of the operation and free from any oil or fatty content. These products have remarkable antirust property. Synth MET 5 contains a special chemical inhibitor, which protects cuprous metal components of machine tools.

Applications
- Rozaliya SYNTH MET 2 is recommended for grinding of ferrous metals, high nickel and titanium alloys only
- It is of a special value when grinding open grain cast irons, which tends to rust quickly after being machined
- SYNTH MET 5 is specially recommended for grinding operations of iron-steel, Non-alloyed steels and Nickel Chromium steels
- It should not be used for grinding aluminium, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys, tin or cadmi – um coated parts
