ROZAL F 1911
Rozaliya Rozal F 1911 is Rozaliya Lubricant’s response to the exacting requirements of cold drawing lubricants for present day precision cold drawing process. It is a synergistic blend of synthetic esters, natural fats and performance enhancing additives. It is used as neat for cold drawing of Non Ferrous and Ferrous metal tubes /sheet, meets the stringent operating conditions. It is formulated to provide desired lubricity / load bearing ability for precision tube drawing application at high speed and resistance to oxidation.

Applications
- Rozaliya Rozal F 1911 is recommended to be used as a neat farm through dipping or spraying application
- Ideally, the oil should be circulated at 50 ± 50C and vastly facilitate easy evaporation of aqueous contamina- tion in the dip application
