Rozaliya Quenching oils are high quality quenching oils, which are developed for general purpose metals quenching operations. These oils are general purpose metal Quenching operation medium. It is manufactured with highly refined mineral base stocks fortified with fatty oil & carefully selected additive system to provide accelerated quenching of the components and also provides excellent resistance to oxidative and thermal degradation of the oil and offer long service life. It has good wetting properties leading to higher quenching speed rate than the conventional quenching oils. These oils are allows uniform hardening of parts with improved grain structure and with minimum distortion.
