PREVENTO - (OIL BASED TYPE)

Rozaliya Prevent O series are excellent rust preventive of Non-salvent based or Oil based lubricant type corrosion & rust preventive, which are blended from high quality mineral oil base stock and carefully selected additive system to provide soft oily film over the metal surfaces and high degree of rust protection of metal components as well as lubricant properties. It does not offers dewatering property and hence the metal surfaces must be cleaned and dried before application. The protective film of these grades have lubricating properties besides preventing moist air coming into contact with metal surfaces. On application, since the non-drying type oily protective film formed on the metal surfaces, which can serve as a lubricant and hence. not necessary to be removed. However, the film formed can be removed by wiping with a suitable solvent. They can be applied by dipping, spraying, roller coating, flow coating, flushing or circulation.
