NEAT CUT (NON-STAINING TYPE)

NEAT CUT series are formulated for general purpose machining operation on both automatic and semi-auto- matic tools. It is a Non-staining type neat cutting oils containing highly refined base stocks and chlorinated EP additives to impart moderate extreme pressure (EP) and oiliness properties. Chlorine and non-corrosive sulfurized fat is incorporated to provide anti-weld, extreme pressure and oiliness characteristics to these oils. and hence the grades give excellent performance over a wide range of temperature. They provide good cooling, chip flushing and penetration.
