Rozaliya Cut sol Series are premium quality well balanced soluble cutting oil, which yields rich milky emulsion with water. It is formulation with mineral oil, emulsifier and other performance additives, which possessing very good anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties to the emulsion and carefully selected biocide property is incorporated to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. It forms homogeneous milky stable emulsion in nature, and does not split during usage or routine machine shut down periods, under normal conditions, It was superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface finish and minimize tool wear. Highly stable emulsions in water are obtained on adding the oil recommended dosage levels (5-10%), depending upon the severity of operation to water with continuous stirring, which can be used in a variety of machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
